Very streamlined. Never had trouble getting a hold of Sue. If I didn't get her live she'd call right back. Calming influence on a stressful time as we were buying out of the state we live in.

Sue did a great job of communicating with us so we always knew what was happening and what would happen next. It was easy to submit documents through the mortgage secure portal so things moved quickly and smoothly.
