I was kept informed of the progress the entire time. Any questions I had were answered immediately.
only problem we had was the person who was supposed to appraise. Our property did not do it for two weeks, which held us back on being able to close, but they did find another appraiser that was able to do it so it all worked out.

The first oerson assigned to do the appraisal never did it so the appraisal on the house wasn't done until 4 days before our closing date therefore delaying our closing from Friday until Monday and we had to call the utilities to delay and...
