Little issue with the spelling of middle name on final docs cause a couple hours to close. Everything else was great.

Process was smooth. Would have liked clearer closing instructions so I could have arrived with a check as I didn't know they would take a cashiers check. Overall, very seamless and smooth process. Thank you Teri for all your help!
