The team went above and beyond when helping us through our loan process even when we had a low credit score and some difficult times they never gave up. We were aproved and our home is now being remodeled

Just many payment payoffs not met and closing estimate was dramatically different at closing than that of pre closing. The fact I had to mail off my own payments to creditors and it took 6 months instead of 30 days .
