Nels was very professional, patient and informative. The mortgage process can be very intimidating and stressful. But this was the exact opposite. I learned a lot and felt very comfortable through out the entire process.

Lenders requirements were a moving target with creditor pay offs by check a joke....still have yet to receive over payments

Hi Robert. Again I apologize that there was not away to pay of your revolving debts with ACH transactions like you wanted. Even with today's technology title companies will only wire funds directly to the lender for mortgage payoffs.
