The constant attention of Nels to my application and his tolerance of my intermittent hysteria. Only down side of experience was the shifting priorities of the lender, particularly regarding insurance and bond issues.

Nels went above and beyond solving problems in process on a difficult account with many non-standard issues to deal with but in end got it all taken care of solving each issue as it came up. great experience in end.
