Get more people who can communicate effectively. Naomi was great throughout the experience. You need more like her who even if she doesn't have an answer she will get it quickly.

She was always responsive and punctua.
Being on the east coast, and New American Funding is on the west coast, the time difference was inconvienient. I felt communication was sparce unless I initiated it. I like Naomi, andI felt when I spoke with her she was knowelegable.
Naomi was great and reassuring during this whole process, she is awesome. Peyton made transition smoothly as well.
