Communication was great, including with UW. File moved through the system in a very timely manner.
This company knows what team work means and they go above and beyond for every transacation they touch.
I need a different/better AE. Everyone else was attentive and helpful.
Alex was extremely responsive when the loan was in processing. We had a 1004D come in after hours, 48 hours before closing, and as soon as it came in he pushed it to underwriting.
We had a little confusion on the appraisal/final inspection item (on our end) which pushed us getting the report back later than expected, but even with that, the underwriter cleared the file quickly and the closer jumped on balancing and getting...
