When reaching out to the team members to ask questions or to get an update on the file the replies were quick.
Underwriter, John Hoang was very clear with the conditions and very easy to work with.....our aligned goals to get this file to Closing the smoothest way was refreshing
The underwriting and closing team were a huge factor in getting this one closed on time. Without them or their promptness to help, there is no way this file would have closed on the contract date.

I transferred a file on a Thursday and had UW approval the following Tuesday along with an accepted transferred appraisal. This allowed the CD to go out on time and meet the original close date!

Process was smooth quick and easy!
Timely communication and updates from all JMAC associates and flexible and accomodating underwriting. Closing and funding were efficient and smooth.
We did the CRA loan. I believe it's a newer product because it didn't seem like the AE's or underwriters realized the process was going to be how it was. Our file closed a week late and we really had to push and stay on top of it.
