Have the underwriter give you a solution to how to fix a condition and not just state that there is a problem. This caused an unnecessary 6 or 7 day lock extension over the name of a city. Let the LO and processor know up front that something...

Communication was great and that is the most important thing for a processor.
Hannah was very helpful.
Everyone was great to work with. The only exception is the technology. I've been told that it's being worked on but it still hadn't been done yet.
Mike is always on top of all of our files, making sure that they are ready to close by the scheduled date and usually ahead of time!
Mike was able to get us an exception to fund on Christmas Eve. Instead of paying for a 4 day lock extension, we only had to pay for a 1 day lock extension.
