The communication and the speed of the transaction. It is very stressful doing something new and Mike made it as easy as possible.

The overall experience was very good. I have used other non-qm products with other lenders, and this was my first time using Jmac, everyone did a great job. And I appreciate the on time closing and quickness getting it balanced at the end.
