It was a difficult experience. The day we were scheduled to close we found out that the sellers had not signed all their docs and that they had no intention closing for another 2 days. There was a breakdown in communications between the groups....

The team didn't filter questions and requirements, setup the wrong expectations and didn't provide the complete documentations during the scheduled sign-off and closing date.
