Could not get quick enough responses on what the delays were for the refinance. The closing date kept getting pushed back with little to no explanation of as to why.

We definitely faced unexpected challenges on your loan that caused delays but I am glad we were able to complete it. Thanks again for the opportunity.
Good communication, clear responses and multiple ways to contact and process documents and information. On the negative side, the process took forever (like 3 months) despite us providing requested information within hours or next day.
