Overall very easy process. My only complaint was not being made aware they were selling my mortgage to a credit union until I was signing my closing documents and had to fill out a credit union application.

The only thing that would've been better is if you guys sent the checks to pay off debts, and the interest rate was a little high 11.6%

Miguel was very good at getting back to me when I needed answers right away. He was always quick to answer any questions or concerns I had. Very happy to work with him and hope we do it again soon!
