Possibly a check list of all necessary documentation in the beginning for prospective customers that aren’t familiar with online lending.

I received conflicting information about how the funds would be dispersed. I asked for the funds to be mailed to a more secure address, but they went to the address of the loan instead. My name was entered incorrectly.
