    The loan required multiple exceptions and we elevated ahead of time and got the loan closed. We remained in communication the entire process. I'm glad we were able to get through all the hurdles!

    i have only a small sample size .. 1 loan to speak of. We closed on time but it seems like balancing the CD was a bit of a nightmare for the title company.
