I donty think the VA guidelines were interpreted correctly. Once loan got to closing these were numerour additiona conditions added that delayed settlement. I realize it was s tough loan however we were not in a place to argue VA guidelines...

The underwriter was a bit all over the place. A few errors that I had to point out in the initial approval. Conditions missed at the end that delayed balancing the CD. The appraisal team was also giving some push back on a PDR that was granted....
