I responded within 4 minutes of your call indicating I reached back out to the title company to confirm the receipt of the wire that was sent 2.5 hours before. Not sure why the comments that you called multiple times and didn't get a response....

Good teamwork
Some challenges with what appeared to be inconsistency, and redundancy with the Sr UW conditions however, the AE aided in assisting the LO to address and satisfy each, one by one successfully.
