Well what would of made it better is the letter that I got from you all to refinance you all would of backed it up. The letter stated no money out of pocket in which we did end up paying some. Also the monthly payment that we were first said...

Not much communicatio. When I did, I felt like i I bothered the loan person. Also, the closing amount was a lot more than originally communicated. Always felt "in the dark".
