In the beginning everything was great, the information and advice were very informative. However, at the end when I had questions and when it came down to the final numbers there was a disconnect and no communication

It helped me adjust my interest rate to a lower rating and a Slioghtlyu lower monthly fee. Only time will tale if it actually benefits my family and I.
