I purchased my first place through Zillow and Michael was great the entire time. Was available through text and calls. Definitely would recommend for anyone trying to get a new home.

Michael was our originator, and walked us through the process. Rosie was our processor, and made sure we got everything done. The costs and rate were average, but the service was above and beyond.

Professional and prompt, always has a good attitude. I was a bit frustrated with some aspects of the loan process and he was always very helpful in overcoming any obstacles.
