Michael made the process go very smooth. Even though there were a couple hiccups, the process was simple and easy
was professional, very knowledgeable, prompt and responsive with all communications. not hesitate to use him again.

It's a tale of two experiences: Lumin that relied too much on AI, and Michael. Lumin was terrible, Michael as great, and actually kept me from going elsewhere, and sticking with him. He went above and beyond and was very friendly.
