I was a first-time homeowner, so whenever I felt confused or lost, someone on Michael's team was available to help me and ensured that I was able to understand every step of the process.

The communication by email and by phone. Your team were awesome. Michelle was very helpful. She was very professional. All of you thank you. It was a long haul, but we made it.
Michael, Michelle and the entire LeaderOne community made my refinance process fantastic! They communicated often status updates and we closed much sooner than Anticipated! Very grateful to the team and highly recommend them!
