Everyone helped to overcome any and all issues. We were kept informed of the status of our loan throughout the process. The vendors used for appraisals and inspections were very professional and responsive.

The process took too long, over 2months where as other refi's we were involved with took 30 days or less. Multiple requests for paperwork already submitted. Otherwise the experience was acceptable.
