Very professional and on point !!
Any questions we had were answered in a timely manner. This being our first home we didn't know what was needed or how much so Matt explained the whole process along the way in a way that made sense to us.
Did not receive the agreed upon rate and had to reject the closing disclosure several times due to discrepancies and a couple thousand dollars worth of additional costs being tacked on without my consent or previous knowledge. Our transaction...
