We only had one mathematical error in computations and unfortunately it was discovered by me. Form was corrected and resent in an expedited manner.
Matt was awesome! Made the entire process as easy and stress-free as possible!
From my first call to Matt he talked me through what was needed and what to look for over the next few months he always answered my questions even if I left him a voice mail.
I was kept up to date on or loan process at all times. We felt confident in our agent.
This was our 2nd time refinancing and the overall experience this time around was much easier and less stressful. I wasn’t asked to submit paperwork a dozen times and Matt kept us informed all along the way.
