I was not made aware that I would have to personally mail checks to each of my creditors. This is a hassle that I was not expecting. I was led to believe that this would all be handled as part of the loan.

In the end Mark was not understanding and made a comment that they service millions of mortgages and sorry that this was missed. Meaning there was something that was missed and the communication was lacking to the point a supervisor was involved....
