The whole process of refinancing my loan was very easy. Mark was responsive to my questions in a timely manner. This was the easiest refinance I have done.

Smooth refinance process. Did run into a small hiccup regarding some final details on the closing disclosures but everything was worked out quickly and closed ahead of scheduled date. Thanks!
