Mark was amazing! From the start he was honest about the whole process. I have had other lenders tell me we can definitely get you the loan and then things end up falling through. Not with Mark. He was honest from the start about some hurdles...

Continued communication accross the different roles (officer, processor, etc.) and what was going to happen BEFORE it happened is essential and New American didn't do that. Mark was great when info was requested. I don't need someone to hold...
