The people I spoke with were excellent!The only critique would be for the underwriter. The file should be reviewed thoroughly once and ask for supporting documentation not pepper the applicant with a different request every few days creating...

Although Lyndsey was very personable, what we discussed at the inception of my loan application and the loan product I actually received were vastly different (by about $20k). I had followed up with her via email and phone call multiple times...
