Luis was easy to work with, and made the process simple. The closing was a little rocky due to unforeseen issues with Robinhood, but Luis was working behind the scene to make sure things didn’t go south. I would work with him again.

Luis was great, but the situation I was in with Robinhood and how NAF handled it on there end put unnecessary stress on me and jaded my experience.
