You guys were great in getting everything together in a timely manner and enabled our team to get the CTC early!

Not sure what to improve, as a customer we had a very stressful closing on our house. I've never had an experience as stressful as this

At no real fault to Ethan, he was OOO twice during the transaction, which made it difficult.Also, the original LE sent by the Charlotte lady who spoke Spanish was much different than what was sent by the Greenville branch.A map (chain of command)...
