Great communication with client as well as being punctual & efficient. Lou is very knowledagble and has no issues in thks transaction as he was awaiting for the closing and had our ctc well before closing date! GREAT JOB LOU!

Lou was very helpful and responsive through out the project. He not only helped me get the best rate and loan terms but he was available day and night for all the issues (and we had a lot!) and basic questions I had as a first time home buyer....

Very informative and attentive. He was always there to help me. He never took long to respond to my questions. He made sure the process was easy and stress free.

I couldn't ask for an easier loan process. I have heard nightmares about the home purchase process and Lou made this extremely easy. He was thorough and kept me in the loop along the way. All questions were answered promptly. I really can't...
