lauren was very Knowledgeable and a proffesional. Was able to engage immediately with her wanting to meet our need with the correct producr product. Would use her again.

Unhelpful the day of closing. There was little communication weeks before closing outside of requesting information that was inaccessible during a planned communicated vacation.
Communication was not always appropriate, Lauren came in at the end and did as well as she could. I was still receiving close documents even after I had completed the close process. Underwriting was LESS than communicative and could only handle...
