More indepth explanation about what was needed and why it was needed. this was my first time through this process & it seemed like I had to pry for explanations about what was going on.

Kyle was fast and professional, and was able to approve me for a loan when a traditional bank wouldn't. He answered all my questions thoroughly and I felt he took my concerns seriously. This process was alot, but we got through it with ease....
