Kristen was an incredible communicator and let me know from the start of the process everything that would be required and comforted me along the process that I didn't have anything that would throw off a flag with underwriters.

Kristen did a great job. She was responsive, thorough and made the entire home buying experience for my buyer pleasant. Thank you again!

Communication was not as good as normal. Lender required a damage check from the hurricane very last minute. File was not balanced nor package delivered to title until the last minute.
