Mr Laudante always picked up the phone whenever I called and always answered my questions. If l left a massage, he always returned my calls. He was actually an ever present help in need.
The service from Kenneth Laudante couldn't be better, however, the REFI took over 4 months! That is a rediculous amount of time, and, the 30 yr fixed VA loan rates went down . 625% from the 2.375 rate we ended up with. There was no response...

Great communication good advice
My wife and I were kept informed and almost everything was able to be completed by email and docusign. Everyone we were in contact with were polite and friendly.
