Overall service and communication was great by all parties.
Kenneth waisted no time in getting me a copy of the mortgage and was signed the date established. everything went great.
It took 7 and haif months to close the loan thru no fault of mine. Three appraisal s numerous credit checks. Their time line was never correct. Two loan processors. And no communication! Would not recommend to anybody.
Ken answered all the questions we had quickly answered accurately. He was patient and walked us through the entire process.
Kenneth was very professional and made sure our concerns were addressed in a timely manner.
There was absolutely no communication. I didn’t hear from or speak to anyone until the day I was supposed to close. Then I got a call saying my cash to close went from $0 to $443 then to $2600.
