Even though the whole process took awhile, Kenneth was in contact with us every step of the way. Anytime we had a question, he was only a phone call/email away and very prompt at getting answers.
I started my refinancing process in May 2020, final closing did not happen until 01/22/2021. 8 months is completely unacceptable.
