Communication and explanations were great, everything went smoothly and process ended two weeks before the expected date. I felt comfortable calling him with questions/concerns and he always returned my calls promptly.

Minor lack of communication. This wasn't so much on Ken maybe as it was the person that took over. She lacked getting back or responding to me. Once the acct was handed over to a new rep it was super fast at closing and email responses.

There was very poor communication. Amerisave had so many people working on this file, none of whom seemed to communicate with eachother. This caused a lot of stress and confusion. We kept getting asked for random things last seconf that title...
