Kari was great we only ever communicated via email since she's in CA and I'm in IL but she was always very responsive and answered all my question.

Response time

This has been a 15 mo th process, as my circumstances were not ordinary. Kari guided me every step of the way and made closing on my parents' home become a reality for me.

Thank you! I was very satisfied, however for a few weeks we did loose 2 weeks of communication, and the cash to close went up significantly which made me upset. But overall the experience was fantastic.

Took too long to close. The delays were the fault of title not knowing what they were doing, but something should have been done about that sooner.
