As a first time experience things went well. The pocs were accessible. There could have been more communication on a few things like final check can't be personal check but overall things went well.

As a first-time homebuyer, I felt truly supported throughout the process. They were incredibly patient and kind, taking the time to explain everything clearly—sometimes more than once. I genuinely appreciate their help .

She was always available....returned calls and emails daily, was pleasant to work with, kept me "in the know" and has a great attitude!
1. If all documents needed were requested ahead of time and not one at a time or on the dates of closing
2. Everyone was more on the same page and transparent
