I didn’t like the language he used over the phone when talking to us and I don’t like how he told me to take some percentage away from our relator to make up some money lossage.

I am an oder adult. I do nota just well to repetitious requests and unnecessary communication
example asking for things before they were even available.
But for the tech savvy I am sure the process is fine
