Justin was very responsive no matter the day or time. He made the process very easy during times that can be very hectic for buyers/sellers.
Being more attentive to the actual needs of the client and lisenting to the goals they are trying to accomplish with their home loan. Also, not having to pay more out of pocket due to not locking rates (at the loan officer's discretion).
