I've been trying to refinance my home for sometime now. I kept being denied due to some past credit issues. New American Funding approved me and now with my cash-out refinance, I can finish my basement and repair my credit.
Joseph was wonderful to work with as he was very timely with letting us know what we needed to do and great at reaching out to see how we were doing or had any questions.
More communication with all parties. However, it was a good experience.
Process was handled quickly and smoothly. Can't ask for much more than that.
