Joe was extremely thorough with the process and was beyond helpful. This was my first home buying experience and can say it was the easiest process thanks to Joe. 10/10 would recommend to a friend.
We had 11 days to get closed on the house that we wanted and Joe made it happen! He also saved us $$$ and got us in a conventional mortgage instead of FHA that others said was the only way to get our payments in the range that we wanted. Amazing...
