Joe was always quick to answer questions and made us feel confident during the entire process.
The okay rating for our overall experience involved transferring the loan from another bank to you and everything was excellent on your end. You had no control over the issues we had with an error by the other bank.
Joe was amazing! Made the process super simple and was always there to ask questions and help us to better understand our options. You can tell that he makes clients his priority and was very professional. Made the whole process seamless.
