miscommunication, not telling me about limitation of seller concession, closing cost keeps changing, sometimes unresponsive from loan officer and loan processor

intial excellent communication on expectations dwindled down and the agreed lock-in rate was changed from 5.49% to 6.49% without prior notice. I consider the rate change very unfair
