Smooth process.
Excellent work, faster, his is great person, and Responsible.
Everything from the beginning through the pre-approval process to getting the loan was great. The only thing I wasn't satisfied with was the mortgage rate ended up much higher with no room for negotiation or rate matching.
John has been great to work with on multiple transactions. Highly qualified and professional. I would comeback for any loan needs in the future.
John is always availabke to help he goes over and above to make the transaction run smoothly.
John is super responsive and very caring, and has been a trustworthy advisor for our family for two home purchases and several refinances. I can't recommend him enough!
