Very easy and professional.
Joel was a very nice person and whenever I had a problem with some paperwork he would explain it communication between us was good since all was my frist home.
Kept us up to date on all aspects that was going on!!! Very friendly, & business like!!!
From what I remember, Joel was responsive to our requests and was helpful in moving the loan process along so we could fund the purchase of our new home.
